Katherine Heigl

 Katherine Marie Heigl, /'haIg@lor Hy-g@l, was born on November 24, 1978. She is an American actress. From 2005 until 2010 she played Dr. Izzie Stephens on ABC's medical drama Grey's Anatomy. This role was praised and acknowledged as well as the Primetime Emmy Award in 2007 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She also made her debut in film in That Night (1992), and later appeared in Under Siege 2 : Dark Territory (1995). When she was cast as Isabel Evans (1999-2002) on The WB TV show Roswell She received nominations for Saturn as well as Teen Choice Awards. She was later a child model at Wilhelmina Models, before becoming a professional actor.
