Christina Ricci

 Christina Ricci (/'ri:tSi/ REE-chee; born February 12, 1980) is an American actress. Ricci is famous for her unusual roles with an edge of darkness. She works primarily in independent films, but has been part of numerous box office successes. [3] Ricci has been nominated for two Primetime Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe. She made her film debut in Mermaids (1990) at the age of nine years old. Wednesday Addams was her most memorable part in The Addams Family (1991) as well as Addams Family Values (1993). Her subsequent roles in Casper as well as Now and Then, both 1995, made her a teenage idol. [4] At 17, Ricci began her adult-oriented career in The Ice Storm (1997) and was later cast in independent films including Pecker (1998), The Opposite of Sex (1998), as well as Monster (2003). She was also in Sleepy Hollow (1999), 200 Cigarettes (99), Penelope (2006) and Speed Racer (2008).
