Emily Deschanel

 Deschanel's feature film debut was in 1994, with her romantic comedy-drama "It Could Happen to You" that her father directed. Her next role to be noticed was in the role of Pam Asbury in Stephen King's horror miniseries Rose Red in 2002. Then she appeared in Cold Mountain, The Alamo as well as Glory Road and was named one of "six actresses to look out for" by Interview Magazine in 2004.In 2005, Deschanel was cast as Dr. Temperance Brennan with David Boreanaz as FBI agent Seeley Booth in the Fox crime procedural comedy-drama Bones, inspired by the books and the life of the forensic anthropologist and writer Kathy Reichs, created by Hart Hanson. The show ran for 12 seasons from September 13, 2005 to March 28 in 2017. In recognition of her work, she was awarded a 2006 Satellite Award nomination and a 2007 Teen Choice Award nomination. Deschanel and Boreanaz were co-producers at the start of the third season.
